This song was on a record of my parents which was one of the first jazz records I ever listened to. I can still recognize that particular recording of Billy Strayhorn's "A Train" by Ellington's band when I hear it.
Studio version. It does not have Ellington's piano solo at the beginning, but I like the trumpet solo better than the live performance above.
