All those progressive bands seemed to fall by the wayside during the eighties when rap, heavy metal, punk rock and alternative became more popular.

I love ELO, but there's room for all the other stuff too. Too bad nobody wants to write feel good music anymore
its just doom and gloom or woe is me.
But I think what really killed them is their hair. Who wants to spend two hours teasing their hair out every day.
