I was listening to rock videos in the background on VH1 and the top 100 rock songs came on. Song 99 is "We're An American Band" by Grand Funk Railroad. They have various people talk about the songs and one guy said of this one...
"No one thinks this song sucks. If you think this song sucks, then YOU suck."

It's certainly not the greatest ever, hence it's barely making the list, but it's hard not to agree with the guy. The bass and guitar line are infectious and the defiantly proud statement is almost an anthem.
