The preferred thread title structure. Here's an example:

Santana - She's Not There

Notice how the band or artist name comes first, followed by a hyphen, then the song title.
 
What about other information after the song title, should that be removed? The answer is yes, please remove other information after the title.
 
Sometime the video will be an entire concert. In that case please use the following format:

Band Name - Location Year
